  • Geography - multiple states.

  • Project Types - Single Family Residences, Condominiums, Townhomes, Manufactured Housing.

  • TMAC seeks to acquire loans where a logical exit strategy exists after a holding, value-add, period.

REO, Short Sale, or Other Special Situation
Residential Real Property Acquisitions

  • Single property, portfolios, broken condos.

  • Properties located in metropolitan and surrounding areas.

Manufactured Housing

  • With land.

  • National geography (very seasoned loans only).

  • Non-performing
